The final workshop of  3, postponed from last, year where you will learn about the health benefits of herbs through tasting them.

The workshops will be facilitated by herbal practitioner Ann Jones Bsc (hons) herbal medicine, MNIH and will focus on herbs for digestive wellness.                                                                                                  

Today we will be discussing the common digestive condition of IBS and tasting suitable herbs to help manage this condition.
